One of my best friends is gathering money for the Nike Women's Marathon in San Francisco, for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. If you have been touched by this horrible disease or would like to donate money, here is the link to her page. Of course all contributions are tax deductible.

It bothers me a little that it always seems to be women promoting cancer research and almost never men.

My mother is a surviver of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Thank you for making me aware of this drive, I am sure we will donate. The instance of NHL is increasing every year, something needs to be done.
