| I am trying to unsubmit an 'orange' shot, and when I click unsubmit my shot is still there, what am i doing wrong? How do I really remove an entry? |

| Refreshing the cache should work. Log out, log back in too. |

Are you trying to unsubmit without having a new entry? What happens if you go back to the home page, and maybe refresh? I've never had a problem with this before.
Otherwise, the easiest way is to just upload your new file and replace all the info on the page.

| I don't want to replace, just get rid of it. And those suggestions have not worked. Anyone any other ideas? |

| You may want to unsubmit it using another computer. |

| Send a note directly to the admins (Help > Contact). You will document your situation. They should be able to remove it without it counting as a DQ. In the meantime, no one will know whose it is. |

| Just entered "Orange" looked at it and decided to unsubmit. Took it right off. |

thx all, I found a shot I could live with submitting and just replaced it with the one I was really desperate to get rid of... thank you esp. gen e for your help...I do however think there is a gliche with that feature, I tried many ways and had no luck...I am glad a found a substitute shot.

Maybe because of so much activity this evening...hits? SO much orange in the system.
I posted one today and removed without a problem.

I had a problem with that and my December Free Study shot. I decided at the last minute to pull it (couldn't replace it as I was at work and didn't have my files with me.) and it wouldn't let me unsubmit it at the last minute. Never did figure out why. I did the same thing here with an Orange shot I didn't like and it worked fine...
Only difference between here and work is I use Netscape here and IE is on the computer at work...

| Glad you found an alternate submission. This has been an intermittent problem, as this thread from about a year ago demonstrates. |
