I want to know what time I have to have my photo in tonight. I am in -0800 (PDT). What time zone is the deadline in?

Eastern Time Zone.
So you have to get your shot in by 9pm tonight, your time.

| It's listed in the rules: Your submission must be: taken after the challenge is announced and before the deadline, based on the Current Server Time (US Eastern Standard/Daylight Time) displayed at the bottom of every page on this site. |

Actually, the deadline is in every time zone. Just a different time in each. :):):)
