I want to download the trial version and give it a spin. I am working on a very large slide-show project, and I wanted to try various software before putting my show together. For some reason I am unable to download the trial version--I get a pop-up saying that explorer has an error or something to that effect. I've tried everything.
Also, does anyone else have a suggestion for good slide show software. I want this slide show to be a something really special. |

Is it an error, or a yellow bar that says a popup has been blocked? You can temporarily disable a popup blocker by holding down the CTRL key when you click the download link.
Another solution (and my preference) is to ditch Internet Exploiter and use Mozilla Firefox, or another alternate browser, instead.
If you try all that and still have the error, then I think the problem is most likely external to your own computer, and beyond your control.

a blue box that says Window Internet Explorer:
Your download cannot be initiated because an unexpected server error occured. |

I get the same error from where I am, using Firefox. The problem is on their end.

| I am guessing you are on a PC so I would recommend MS Photo Story 3. It is free to download if you have a real copy of your operating system. I don't know what you are after insofar as the look to your slideshow, so I can't promise it will work for you. When I do these I prefer a very basic, but clean no border look with a black background. So for me Photo Story works great. There are tons of templates, but I never use them. When it comes to adding tunes, I have struggled to add multiple tracks so instead I figure out the final length of the show and then create a single music track with multiple songs and bring that into Photo Story. I have been pleased with the result. |
