This challenge would have to have a small tweak in rules for the week, but photos with cartoon bubbles in them is my challenge idea...

By the way, what's the best way to add a cartoon bubble? I've tried and usually end up with a sorry-looking facsimile.

| Mine I just did with an elliptical marquee, paint bucket filled w/ white on a new layer. Then I used the path tool to make the little hook that points to the face. If you wanted to do one w/ just a straight triangle pointing you could use the polygonal lasso. |
