World in Pictures Day VII is set for May 26, 2008 (which is Memorial Day here in the USA). Get out and show us your world!
Remember your photo MUST MUST MUST be taken on May 26, 2008 *where you are*. A single photo capturing life in your neck of the world.

For some of you, it's already 08/08/08 -- uploading is open for you in 2.5 hours.
Gonna let the submit stay open 72 hours this time, instead of the usual 48.
But remember, your photo MUST be taken on the 8th. Not the 7th or 9th. |

doesn't look like it's gonna happen today. She's due on the 18th.

I have a question about submitting photos to this -
There is a place for metadata to prove that the image was taken.
When I upload the image, it indicated that there is no EXIF data in the image. Do I enter this manually? and is there a special way to "prove" this in the metadata other than submitting the original (ala DPC) |

Nah, this is the honor system. I was having a problem with the meta reading shortly after the site opened and I've never gotten around to redoing that code. :)

A bit late, but just seconds ago got final confirmation the TWO of the entrants will be selected to receive a FREE copy of the just released Lightroom 2.0!
