There was a single dandelion in my backyard this afternoon so I thought I'd try some Macro shots, and surprise, there was this cute little bug on it! I don't know which I like better...help!

Go with the ones with the critter! I especially like the last (bottom) one...DOF seems better and contrast and illumination is more even. Probably prefer the full coverage of the petals..seem to be cut off a little. Excellent capture of the beetle...very sharp...very critical to good macros.

woo hoo! Great start. Did you just use the Macro feature on your cam? I really like the last one ... composition works very well. Thanks for sharing.

I used the Super Macro setting on my Olympus C-740 UZ.

Great macro shots. Now you need to get a little closer. I wonder if Jacko would let you borrow his lenses. ;-)

Awesome pics! I like the bottom one the best!

Is there a macro feature on the EOS D Rebel? Some bastard lost the manual to it and so I can't refer to it as reference. Thanks!

I use my camera for art but I often leave it on macro for most
shots, seems to get rid of the blurrr, has anyone else tried it?
