I think you did an amazing job with the site but why that name?

That’s a nice site. The loopy font for the name looks nice and you have some really nice pictures. I do, however, wish the portfolio was divided into different sections so for instance, if I was interested in having you take my wedding photos I could just look at wedding photos you’ve taken and not dogs and other things. Just my two cents. |

Well,
It's easy to remember and the events people get photographed and the photographs themselves evoke sweet emotions. Everyone else uses their name so we chose something different to stand out a little bit. |

Definitely. As soon as we get more pictures (after a few clients) we'll definitely set it up the way you have suggested.
Thanks for the input. |

It's a well designed site and you have a nice portfolio. I was a bit puzzled by the slideshow though. It is heavily dominated by portraits and suddenly we see a picture of an iPod and a fence. That's srange. Either you specialize in people and leave these objects out, or you diversify and add more objects to your pf.
Other minor point: The 'who are we' pages starts of with 'who are you?' Why not use 'we' consistently?

Good point on the "who are we" page - I'll fix that.
I'll be taking the fence off. The IPOD is there for the commercial photography side of things. I'll be turning to portfolio into sections to make it easier for people and adding more pictures as well.
Thanks a lot. |

Does anyone have any comments on the pricing / packages / and the special we're running? |

Nice photos, Kevin. The site seems to load quickly, which is good. I agree with the suggestion about possibly adding sections to the portfolio. Also, at the bottom of the page, I expected the "Atlanta Photography | Wedding Photography | Event Photography | Portrait Photography" line to contain links.

I love the opening images - you have some beautiful photos - and think it's easy to get around.
I like the think the "smugmug products" page would be nicer if you could modify it to match the style of your main site, and the pictures as well.
There's something odd on the first page that I don't understand. Just above the photo on the left there's a line that says "| This is my: friend family" where friend & family were clickable. I clicked on friend, and then the line changed to "| This is my: friend", but I don't get what it is for.
Great site overall!
p.s., I don't know much about pricing, so I'll not comment on that. |

Just some real quick as I am on a work call...
- You work for smugmug? Why advertise them? Drop the powered by & stuff at the bottom and replace the icon logo.
- The footer is too promonite IMO... drop it down in size & maybe gray it out a bit.
- The breadcrumb trail is the same... make smaller & fade it out a little.
- On the goals... "own pro...".. I would change to provide or something similar.

The products page is a smugmug page, not a page on my site, so there is no way to change it.
As for the opening page friend/family thing, I have no idea--I don't see it. Are you a smugmug user? |

It can't be removed to my knowledge. I also need it to be able to login.

Good idea, I'll get on that.

I'll try to figure out how to do this.

Changed it--good call.
