I know this is a little late, but today I came across a great shot for the Off Screen Expectation challenge. his shot is untouched, I literally just loaded it in.

Nice image...
I would have positioned the face slightly to the right to meet the rule of thirds. The best images, always, are the ones you have to do the least touchup with.

Excellent find. Where was this taken?

This was taken in Vatican City, you know the Holy See---in Rome.

Hmmmmm... I am psychic... there is an image in the parallel lines challenge that I can predict with 100% certainty is Tranquil's.

I know what all of you must be thinking... this guy is brilliant and can tell who took any and every image ever submitted to DPC. I have to admit to you that these things just come to me from out of nowhere due to my psychic powers, like tranquil's entry.

I can predict for you if your image will get a ribbon in a challenge in advance. My psychic abilities are for hire to anyone willing to pay.

Which photo is mine then...it is most DEFINITELY now a ribbon contender! Although...my orange one is looking quite good right now, and so is my magazine...but I'd like to see if you know "psychics"

I'd love to see Rome and the Vatican... maybe thru you and others for now, and hopefully in person in future. :)

Hey me too!

I actually feel quite confident that my orange shot will be my first "REAL" contender in a challenge, instead of the usualy shots of mine that tend to help out most of your guys' placements because mine tend to be low scoring. But I feel real confident in the orange challenge and pretty good on the magazine one.

So little do we think. I have shot a very enteresting shot for Orange. I do believe that I should be in for a ribbon.

I have strayed away from the norm, and took a little time and several pictures, to create the Perfect image.

Proud to say, only croping had been done to my image... and I will see you in the winners circle.
