My two current entries are within .04 of each other...both not doing very well.

Mine are .06 apart. Neither in the ribbon race, either. :(

I'm hoping your Portrait challenge contains the faces to your Conflict entry =)

I'm 1.7, so no consistancy for me. Quite happy with both photos though, it's all about the learning experience.

No, sorry - not the same folks. I'm starting to wear thin the cooperation of any models. I don't really have anyone around who is patient with my experimenting and taking multiple shots. If I can shoot it in 5 minutes, they're okay.

My conflict shot almost didn't happen. My daughter told me all week she wasn't interested. I checked with several other people and finally on Tuesday evening my daugher said that she'd do it, and called a friend of hers to be the other person. I'm glad she did because I think it turned out pretty good.

My portrait model said she'd be here at 1:00 on Sunday afternoon. She showed up at 3:30 with two friends and said she had to leave by 4:00. I couldn't get her to really focus on what I was trying to do. Since I really love to photograph people, it's frustrating sometimes!

Consistency! My shots have been running a virtual tie for days. I took a screen shot yesterday because it was so funny- both shots 6.0000 with 191 votes each. What are the odds? Thankfully, they've both risen but still within .02 of each other.

I also entered both.
I am staring to just look at them as sucky and suckier.

I'm quite consistently mediocre, but hope to be able to put a little more thought into my shots in the future. This site has been addicting and some of the talent here is bound to rub off!
