Hi all. :)
I'm not a newbie, exactly, but these days, more of a lurker (life just gets busier and busier for me...)
Anywho, I recently noticed that I had one "wish list" item but for the life of me, I can't figure out who wants it, or even which image it is. I've figured out that the list means someone wants a print of my image (OMG, amazing and unbelievable!) and I've tried searching in the forums for a link to enlighten me as to more, but haven't found anything.
Would someone be so kind as to clue me in? I'd appreciate any help.
Thanks in advance.

I don't know the answer. I tried to find out for you, but didn't get very far.

I surmise that it is a feature that has never been fully implemented: It allows people looking at Challenge entries (only) to indicate that they'd like to see a print of this image (possibly to purchase later).

A while back I received one once, it was 'nice' to know and something a little different, but I wasn't even sure the person who selected it knew what it meant (not that I do either). Actually I think I even created a print to upload from that image to be available, just in case (but had difficulty with sizing, etc so it all 'faded'). I never received a follow up, so perhaps it was just a 'nice image' indicator.

It is a good idea, however I think at this time, it is only an indicator - so would be up to you to make a print available of that image and see if you get any takers. Alas, as you also pointed out, I don't think you can see who picked it, so that makes it a bit trickier as well. Of course, 'one day' when this is fully implemented, to have it available on all images would be good - along with the 'popular' stat - but that's another thread perhaps.

Why not contact the Site Council ?

I'm sure they could explain it :- )
