At first I didn't realise what you were getting at, as this is the standard forcast for our area. I think it's a law or something...
That is, if we're lucky enough to get sun at all! (baaaaaaaddddddd spring)

Isn't BC well known for that though. That's the single biggest reason I wouldn't move there. My back could never take the almost constant humidity.
Art, your electricity bill must be very high living where you live. |

Hi Karen, have you seen many icebergs this year? I just finished reading about how this year's iceberg count is surpassing previous years. Would love to photograph some up close one day but NFL is kind of far for me, unless they float upstream to Montreal. lol |

Jac, yeah, winters ARE hell on the arthritis. I didn't realise just how bad until we went to Australia and after the first three days I didn't constantly hurt, despite all the extra exercise I was getting. Within 2 days of coming home at the beginning of December it was back to "normal".
So Art, had big plans for the weekend, did ya? :) HAD being the operative word. |

Yes, lots of icebergs, about a month earlier than usual and so many of them! I've never seen this many in one spot before and the "old-timers" say the same thing. Art, sorry to hijack your thread but here are some iceberg pics:

And more on my website:

Of course I love to see the icebergs but the north-east winds that bring them here is also bringing the cold, rain and fog.

Hot with thunderstorms -- yeah it does. I just saw a show about lightning storms where they said that being struck by lightning is "only" lethal about 33% of the time. I guess that means that being killed by lightning makes someone even more unlucky than usual ... :-( |

I just felt like whining. ...and secretly seeing if I could get someone to post pictures of icebergs. My experiment was clearly a success. I will now focus my telepathic powers on getting someone to do something else... |

Well that's it! It is now confirmed that while I was under the influence of experimental psychotropic drugs at the time of the incident in which I was stung by a radioactive scorpion while being struck by lightning, which knocked me into a meteor crater filled with a toxic chemical ooze has left me with some form of psychotic abilities! Now I need a special suit... |

Rain Sunday and Sunday night here according to the forecast. Yeah it does just figure. Actually there was a study that concluded that it is more likely to rain certain days of the week in certain areas based on the increase or decrease of air pollution from cars going to and from work. |

Raining watermelons here.
I was reading the previous post, and the idea of using the word "Lunaclicks" for a DPL name crossed my mind.
