I have a (cheap) inexpensive studio set up kit.

I have 2 strobe flash heads that are 160 ws. I have a backdrop light (dont even know the wattage) and I also have a SB-600.

My flash heads have these specifications:

* Power Input : AC110-130 volt, 60 Hz or AC200-240 volt, 50 Hz
* Flash Power : 160ws (joule) in full
* Guide No. : 120ft/36m ISO100
* Color Temperature : 5600K
* Flash-tube Lifetime : over 8,000 typical flashing
* Power Setting : 1/16 to full continuously
* Recharge Time : 0.5-3 seconds in full
* Flashing Duration : 1/600 sec. @t=0.1; 1/1000 sec. @t=0.5
* Slave Effectiveness : 35ft /10m
* Lighting Range : 55 degree
* Modeling Power : Halogen 75w
* Bulb Base : E-14 screw
* Synch Voltage : 5volt
* Fuse : 5A
* Dimension : f4"7-1/2" (f100mm ? 195mm)
* Weight : 1.8Lb (800g)

What I am wondering is what the things in bold mean. I have a slight idea what the Guide Number means... but not really. :)

This is how I want to set these lights up. (until now I have only really worked with 1 flash head and thats it)

I want to use 1 flash head with my color gels on a white backdrop. I then am assuming I would use the other flash head for my MAIN light (at 45o) using a brolly OR soft box. I would use my SB600 as my fill light (at 1/3 power?)

I also have a reflector to use. and then that leaves the smaller backdrop light (I guess I could boom that for a hair light???)

I know, a lot of questions. I have gone over light placements and "THINK" I may finally have the placements figured out...

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!

Edited to add: THIS is the studio set up that I have.
