I took this shot of Toronto's skyline on my way to work by holding the Rebel out of the window while driving on the freeway (I wasn't even looking through the view finder). I used a slight wide angle (I believe focal length of 18mm) so the buildings to the far right and far left look like their leaning.

Is there any relatively easy way to correct for this in photoshop? I have looked and even tried 3D transform without much luck.

Did I mention that I love my camera!!! :)

You want to use the "Perspective" tool under the "Transform" section -- I don't know where it is in your version of PS -- in version 5 it's under the "Edit" menu. Drag the upper handles outwards a little until the buildings look straighter, then re-crop. You may want to enlarge your Canvas Size first so you can still see everything.
