I have a Giottos MM5570 and whilst its a good sturdy Monopod I'd like something lighter than its 1260g and the new pod should be able to handle a 300/2.8 and 1d (app 4kg?)
Any suggestions?

I use this one ... works awesome
only 3 sections ... less locking knobs ... personal preference

Cheers Kris (does it come with a 6+ average guarantee?) |

| Another vote for a Bogen but I use the 680b which is also rated for max 22lbs and weighs only 1.7lbs. It's got a built in fitting for use with heads that have 3/8" or 1/4" threads. |
