Hi everyone,

I shot a wedding this weekend and have been viewing the photos in FSviewer all weekend. I finally opened Adobe Photoshop to work on editing the files and I get the following error:

"Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document"

I took a few photos on my Canon 20D and those open just fine. I am using Windows XP. The files that won't open were all taken with my new 40D. They are viewable in FSviewer, but not in windows thumbnail mode, nor in Adobe PicBridge or Photoshop.

I talked to a friend who's having the same issue with her 40D in Vista. Anyone have any immediate advice (that doesn't include spending any money or buying a mac)?

Thanks my friends!
Arielle

Simple... Go to Adobe and download the update Raw converter. I had the same issue when I bought my Mark III.
