okay quick question.
In Photoshop RAW you have 'Exposure' and 'Brightness' sliders. What is the difference? I moved them both to their defualt (0 exposure, +50 brightness) and then moved each one individually, and they seem to do the same exact thing to the histogram.

| They do act very similarly. I do believe that there is a *little* different; it seems easier to generally bring up brightness with the brightness slider without blowing highlights than when using the exposure slider. The difference is minimal, though. |

| I always adjust the exposure first, then use levels, and then brightness although I almost never get as far as brightness since the first two usually suffice. |

I believe if you used Curves, the brightness slider would be like pulling up the top quadrant of the curve. Exposure, on the other hand, changes everything. So brightness won't blow the highlights (at least, not immediately), but exposure might.
