Camera RAW (Latest version, I forget the number) is changing all the colors from my: D300, D200, and D1 images when I open them in CS3. I was just wondering if there's a way to make it stop doing this. I have to open the images in Capture NX (which is a royal pain to use) if I want to preserve and edit the ORIGINAL colors, not the CS3 created ones. I even switched to Adobe RGB to see if that'd fix it, but it doesn't. How can I stop this?

Adobe Camera RAW doesn't understand the white balance information in the RAW file. Nikon has "encrypted" the information so only their software can understand it. That's not unique to Nikon, ACR does not understand the Canon "Picture Style" information either.
You might try changing the white balance setting from "auto" to "as-shot" which will *try* to duplicate the camera settings.
