stare at it and cry...

If is a site image on DPC, You copy the image id number from your address bar and then click the second icon from the right above your text entry box. Past the image id in there and it will put a clickable thumbnail in the message.
If it is hosted elsewhere, then you use the 4th icon from the right, and past the URL of the image in the resulting dialog. Don't post large images in the forums threads, however. General rule is to use clickable thumbnails or small images.
Keeps the forums tidy.

If you are going to post a complete url, erase the "//www. " from the dialog before pasting the new one there.

Haha. Having passed through my 2nd childhood (and studying up for #3) I don't have the finer points of that presumably outstanding individual named Shrek. Shrek has layers?

I love Shrek. Here's a short film dialogue - got it from Wikipedia...
Shrek: For your information, there's a lot more to ogres than people think.
Donkey: Example?
Shrek: Example? Okay, er... ogres... are... like onions.
Donkey: [sniffs onion] They stink?
Shrek: Yes...NO!
Donkey: Or they make you cry.
Shrek: No!
Donkey: Oh, you leave them out in the sun and they turn brown and start sproutin' little white hairs.
Shrek: NO! LAYERS! Onions have layers. OGRES have layers. Onions have layers... you get it. We both have layers.
Donkey: Oh, you both have layers. [pause] You know, not everybody likes onions. [pause] CAKES! Everybody loves cakes! Cakes have layers!
Shrek: [restraining temper] I don't care... what everyone likes. Ogres. Are not. Like cakes!
Donkey: You know what else everybody likes? Parfaits. Have you ever met a person, you say, "Let's get some parfait," they say, "Hell no, I don't like no parfait"? Parfaits are delicious.
Shrek: NOOO!!! YOU DENSE, IRRITATING, MINIATURE BEAST OF BURDEN! OGRES ARE LIKE ONIONS! END OF STORY! BYE BYE!
Alice, if you haven't watched the first Shrek film - do it. You'll love it ;-) |

Hey where's the OP? Are we done with this thread? Be thankful I recycle discarded threads or I'd be starting so many of my own which would just end up in landfills.
One more time - cuz I had fun learning how to do animation in CS3 for the first time yesterday...
How to add a picture to a post...
...and then remove it.
Probly belongs in the tutorial section to give Kiwiness some competition. |
