The challenge says: "Submission Dates: 3/10/2004 - 3/16/2004"
As I was able to submit my challenge on 3/16/04, I take it the cut off time is midnight?
Is this G.M.T or American time or something else?
Can anyone help.

East Cost American Time (EST)... It's -5 GMT.
On some pages there is a server time print out on the bottom left. It might only be on some of the forum or latest threads page... |

The times/dates are all EST (or EDT during daylight savings), ie GMT -5, and the submission deadlines are always midnight. Eg 3/10/2004 to 3/16/2004 would be 00:00:00 EST on the 10th until 23:59:59 EST on the 16th.
