I suppose it would, but registering multiple accounts isn't very cost effective considering that if you want to vote in member challenges you have to pay either $5 or $25 for each account you register. It's against the rules to register multiple accounts anyway. |

On a few other sites, you have to enter at least 2 challenges before you can cast a vote or upload 12 images to your portfolio. And the pictures are monitored to keep people from uploading whatever they want. |
