And they stand behind their products.
my iPod touch suffered a defect with the headphone jack and I went to apple store to get it fixed.
since it was still under warranty, I figured they would send it in and I was going to have to wait a couple of weeks.

Nope, that wasn't the case. They did some diagnostics and gave me a new one.

No wait, no hassle.

I love doing business with companies that do that. Kudos to apple.
