I have tried to make one and I am not doing something right, seeing as I am guessing on how to make it.

Could anyone write out how they do it????

Thanks

This is how I have done it - it may be a bit awkward, but it has worked for the ones i have put together.

1. Open up photoshop.
2. Under File select New to open a new work area (this will be the layer that you add all the other images to) and select a work area size that will be large enough to fit all the images

3. Open each individual photo in PS that you want to include in the triptych
4. Click on each photo individually and use rectangular lasso to highlight the area to be copied. Then click on Edit - Copy.
5. Click on base work layer (the new work are you created) and click paste (It will paste the image as a new layer on top of the work area.
6. Repeat for each photo.
7. You can then use the tools to move the photos around etc.

Because each photo is in it's own layer - you can do post processing etc on each layer to get them to match, etc.

At least that is how I have done it....

Just a few using Triptych in the Tips & Tricks Forum search engine, then refine the search by un-checking the Body and running it again:

1)
2)
3)
4)
5)
6)
7)
8)

And the list goes on, and on, and on....

ETA: sorry - just that we so often see the same questions over & over, and opted for links instead.

all of the MIkes Links are now invalid, so that accounts for why I was asking here, I did do a search of hte site and they pretty much all mentioned MIke.
