... & how do I remove them from my shot?

i dont see any hot pixels in that shot.....
to remove them you ,when you get some, is to use the clone tool

I submitted this shot for a print & the admins noted that there was some.
What is a hot pixel anyway?

Perhaps there were a few in your full-size printable file. To find them, make sure you look at your picture full-size in your editing software, so you can see every pixel. Then you might see a couple of tiny pixels that are white when they clearly should not be. Those are hot pixels. Just clone them out with some nearby pixel colors.
