Well, she is a total and utter cutie pie!!!
I like the brick wall, the leading lines and texture are wonderful, the colours are good. The girl is a cutie, but she almost has that expression of 'oh no not again, he's taking my photo' on her.
That may be my take on it, and others will or may see it differently, but that is how i see it.
Cute photo!!! |

She has quite an interesting expression on her face! I really like the brick wall in the background. The lines lead right to her. |

Done a bit of sleuthing - if I am right, I think a gift membership for the next birthday is going to be in order..... Impressive photo by any standards! |

Thanks Jess...
I would like to introduce you to the photographer
My 8 year old
The went on a class field trip today and he begged me to allow him to take a camera.
He wanted to take the D70 since I don't use it much any more <- his logic
He ended up with my Powershot s45 and orders to guard it with his life.
We he came home from school he handed me the camera (in tact) and wanted to look at the images because there was one that he had really "worked with"
He went directly to this tis image and asked me to "post it" (oh frigging h*ll I am doing post for a 8 year old)
I did a nice pretty post on it that he totally hated (now I am being shot down by an 8 year old)
He wanted me to make it look like one of "your shots of the models" OOOOOkay ... I did a re-do on the image and he was happy with the new effects ...
He would like to have 2 prints made ... one for his room ... one for hers ... and "can you get that metal paper"
OOOOOOkay
I have created a monster
Just as a side note he has had a few shots from dance events actually sell so he does fancy himself as a "kid photographer" Go figure !

Will your son be sharing anymore of his photos? As far as creating a monster, can you think of any other kind of monster that you'd want? :) I bought two cameras for my 7 year old nephew and he never uses them, it breaks my heart! Tell your son to keep up the good work! |
