OK, have decided that I have had enough of trying to `eye in` my monitors and bought myself one of these gizmos.. simply fantastic, I have never NEVER been able to get my two monitors to match up no matter how much I try, this sorted it in about 10 minutes and now I can edit safe in the knowledge that my colour is pretty much sorted.. definitely worth the investment.

10 out of 10!
