I need to look up some legal advice about my house my ex-wife is in, and was wanting to know if anyone has any links to some good legal help sites.
I have searched google, but havent found much

Nolo Press is probably the country's first and best publisher/distributor of self-help law books, and other books on law and business for the general public. Once you see a title which interests you, check with your local library to see if they carry it. You might also contact your local Legal Aid society, any private community agencies which deal with housing/welfare issues, or (gulp) the Bar Association.
Also. your county courthouse should have a law library; if it's not accessible ask why not, since your taxes pay for it. You can tell them that you are acting in pro per (acting as your own attorney -- otherwise a bad idea) and they should let you in.

Here's a good website for researching "divorce" issues. |
