does anyone know of a free/shareware software that allows picture editing in batches and mainly I need to have the ability to rotate and flip.

I have software that allows me to rotate but I need on that allows me to flip too.

I'm working on a slide scanning project (3000 slides) and I'm scanning in batches and I'm not spending much time on orienting the slides prior to scanning and would rather do this after the scanning is complete.

Any help would be appreciated.
