Are there any photogs in the Carson City Nevada area or the Lake Tahoe area that would like to get together next week and spend a day shooting? I'm here on vacation with the family and would like to find a shooting partner to spend a day shooting. If not is there anyone familiar with the area that can suggest a few locations I could shoot? I'm staying at the David Walley Resort Hot Springs and Spa in Genoa which I highly recommend to anyone who's looking to vacate in the area. It's about 25 minutes from Lake Tahoe and all of the Ski Resorts. It's an incredible place.

Bodie. It's a ghost town just over the California border on Hwy 395. Then, if the snow doesn't stop you, head into the Sierra Nevada out of Lee Vining and get Yosemite from the back side.
