From the Negatives part of the review:

No mirror lock-up (although 'exposure delay' can be used)

... Yes there is. It's right next to the self timer. How could they miss that o.O

Thom Hogan's new D300 review, //www.bythom.com/nikond300review.htm, is IMHO a better review for current Nikon owners. Not for measurebators, the review compares the D300 to other Nikon bodies regarding features, controls, image adjustments, noise... And he is pretty hard hitting as to what the D300 does wrong.

Theres no way to trigger the camera in MLU, aside from pressing the shutter yourself, which effectively renders the feature useless if you don't have a way of remotely triggering the shutter.
