Frequently when editing an image, I mess around with the "hue" slider (in PS Elements) and watch how it changes the foreground and background colors in cool ways. I never enter shots with these adjustments, because I'm pretty sure they will get panned. But now, inspired by the Blurry Mess challenge, I'd like to suggest a Different Hue challenge:
Take a picture and change the colors to something different than those appearing in your subject. Be Different! Be Creative! Be Daring! Show us a world that exists only in your wildest imagination.
Advanced editing, of course. |

I like the idea, however, why does this need advanced editing?

So you can use selections to vary the hue of different elements in your photograph in different ways than you might get with an overall hue adjustment. Not mandatory that you do so, just gives you another possibility to use if you choose to do so. |

Never say never. I did enter this one using hue adjustments in the manner described in my previous post, and it did pretty well.
