Cory, I haven't used them, but did search on a few different forums. (I'm hoping to do a few albums myself, this summer.)
Most stated that they were fairly happy with the product / price (and everyone loved the quick turnaround), but that there were better choices than Tuscany. Names like Asuka, Graphi, Laguna, Art Leather, and Finao. Also, be SURE to find out about 'studio samples' - most companies will provide a 50% discount on your first order, for YOUR use.

eta - i the product you're looking for is normally called a 'portfolio', when referring to one's career... if you use that term, vendors will know that you want to show your work to prospective employers / clients. i'm in a hurry & hope that doesn't sound condescending; just trying to help :D
