Hey, that's great, Ryan! I bet it'll climb up into your top 5.
I came home to a rather nice surprise. My score climbed almost 0.2 today!

If I'm really honest I'd have given my submission a 5 (like many of you). It looked like a winner but on reflection there are too many bits that are not quite right (sharpness where it counts being the main issue).
That said I guess its scoring well :)

well got as high as a 6.0**
but seems to be hovering about 5.6 - 5.7

Gaa, I'm down below 4. Guess I'm getting a lot of ones from people that think that it DNMC. - And I thought that I had such I clever interpretation of the challenge! So if you see an image that at first seems to be waay to saturated in color - step back from your monitor and look again. And have a look at the thumbnail, the thumbnail explains it all.

Fingers crossed for you Terrence, a pb is a good thing to get. My highest scoring image was the best of 2004 and it makes me sad that I'm (apparently) no better than I was 4 years ago (although in reality I am). This challenge entry is almost in my top 10 so its not all bad ;) |

I think the voters were much more lenient back then. Yesterday's 6 is today's 5. ;o) |

| I just finished voting, but am i being overly critical here when i say there was a whole load of bad shots in there? It seemed there were two extremes and not much "average"... most of them were barely a 5 for me and then about 20 or so stood out head and shoulders above the rest! I rarely give a 10 score (i think i have done so twice maybe three times) but i almost gave it on one of the shots... |

I gave 6 10's. A photo does not have to be perfect to receive a ten from me, it just needs to speak to me in a way I can feel. |

well mine has 3% colour in it, so that seems to be hurting me according to 3 comments. I think there are some others thathave a slight tinge of colour that are hurting them too. All depends on how you inturprited the rules

I interpreted the rules that there should be no color so I'm scoring based on that. There are definitely some really good photos that I'm scoring a little lower because of color in the image.
