Well, my sister is gonna get married. They are planning on an October date, but that hasn't been set yet. I figure you guys are the best photographers I know, so I would see if any of you did weddings in the Pittsburgh area. If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you could either post your website or email a listing of packages/prices. My email address is wjb170(at)psu(dot)edu. Don't know the guy, but his wedding gallery has two images total..both detail shots. Can he pose a group? Has he even shot a wedding?
We're discussing on another forum ads, and websites, and what to show image wise and what works and what doesn't. What you show will affect the type of clients you get.
A site brought up was //www.punambeanweddings.com/.
Nice stuff - but the brides I know want their faces in the photos. And everyerthing I've ever read on what makes a website successful says never ever have music auto start. So it's a nice site- and nice images - but does it work to get him business. And what type of client responds?
