I can not seem to bloody do it.
I know it is edit, transform etc etc, but I can not do it, it wont let me skew it, what am I doing wrong.
I am sorry it is such a basic question, but I am just learning PS |

Maybe your layer is locked? |

If you're trying to skew the background layer Right click the background layer and click layer from background or you can click duplicate layer.

hmm are you trying to crop also? If so there is a little do in the middle of your transformation. That dot is like a hinge. Where every you place it ( you can move it around) your rotation will be based from that point.

You may need to "Select > All" before applying any transfromation if it's not on an isolated layer. |

I know you did Bear, and I tried to do it, but I was trying to do it on the original and it kept on saying it was partially locked, so I did something somewhere to it and I dont 't know what. I knew you would see this and roll your eyeballs LOL |
