My apologies to Team Canada. I'm having quite a conundrum for the B&W in Colour challenge. I shot for it yesterday and ended up with about twenty shots to choose from. The choice could be the difference between the Blue or the Red ribbon.

Slippy just make your best judgement and hopefully it'll get the blue instead of the red :) Even if you got a ribbon period, I would be ecstatic. |

Alright guys tonight is rollover. I'm pretty excited :) I really hope Rudy and Ernie have entered. They are both really strong players. Anyways good luck fellow Canucks!
Michael (eyesup) told me he has something being prepared so i believe he's good for entering.

Ah crap!
I just remembered on the train home that this challenge allows 720 pixels. I figure, no problem, I have a copy of the original at home and I'll just re-edit it. I cannot for the life of me get the darn thing to the same, nice tone that I managed to get on the file as I edited it to 640 pixels at work. I've been banging my head for a while now and I'm going to give in and let it stay at 640 and hope it doesn't hurt me too much. :-( Oh well, I guess a Red ribbon isn't so bad. :-( That'll teach me for not bringing my working files home. :-(

| Mine actually looks better at a smaller image size. If you make it too big it looks a bit weird. I actually did forget that we can make it 720, but i don't think it should affect my score. |

Sorry I did not get back to your PM Cujee. I have been dealing with a family crisis thingy all week. I did get out today and entered black & white in colour. I do not have high hopes for it though, so my prediction is about a 5.25. :( There is nothing wrong with the photo technically, I just do not think most dpc folks will find it appealing, it lacks the "wow" factor. I could be wrong though... lots of my shot I think should do well actually tank, so it would be nice to have one go the other way for the first time!
I hope everyone does well so they can carry me this week, and next week I promise I will make it up to you with a nice 6+.
