Shizat!
I have a WD 1TB drive that is hooked up to me network. I moved this folder to another location on the drive and the bastard has disappeared into thin effing air! I had pix that are a part of my parking meter series.
Any thoughts on what might have happened?
I used the move to folder function and instead of the folder there is an unknown file type in it's place that is 0kb. WTF?
HELP PLEASE!

what I do in similar situations is try to remember the filename of one of the files and do a "search" for it. Usually I find it(them) in some obscure location. Actually, I've never really lost a file forever.
I have learned (though I don't always remember) not to ever do a "Move". Always do a "Copy" and then, after verifying a successful copy, "Delete". |
