Hey Everyone -

I just uploaded images from my very first photoshoot with my new studio lights. I would appreciate comments as I have never used strobes before much less set up a "studio" environment.

First time?!?! I'm impressed. You got a bit underexposed on a few, but that is correctable. The rest look quite nice to me. I really like the variety and your model is quite lovely. Congrats to you.

PS, a light meter would fix the exposure issues. :)

Your model reminded me a lot of the actress Melissa Gilbert!

which images do you think are underexposed? If I had to pick, it would be the two close ups...but since I didn't catch this myself I guess I don't really know.

I actually do have a light meter...but it was reading underexposed. I guess I just have to profile it. Its a Sekonic 758DR.
