Hi everyone,

I've just got myself a job setting up and running a fashion photography studio. Obviously this is new to me, so I will be asking a lot of questions in the upcoming future and would appreciate your advice.

The first problem I have come up against is mannequins. I am aiming to make the website look simple but classy, only using models for certain promotions etc. So I have been looking on other fashion websites to see which mannequins look the best. I have come to the conclusion that 'New Look' and 'Topshop' have got it right. Can anyone tell me what type of busts these photographers are using? I think they look like the 'crystal form' busts, as in the clear plastic busts. What does everyone think about these? Has anyone encountered any problems with them, or would anyone advise a different kind of bust? Are there any good websites for busts? As I am not spending my own money I don't need to use ebay. However, the last thing I want to do is waste the companies money buying the wrong bust.
