I just tried this plugin and it works really well indeed. You'll need to make sure you're on Lightroom v1.3 which is a 48MB download from the Help menu within Lightroom itself.

Looks like I'll re-start submitting to them because of this, as it's much quicker than their online keywording and disambiguation process because you can do it straight from Lightroom (which was why I have just been submitting to Shutterstock of late).
