I've seen several on the site recommend Vistaprints and was curious to know if anyone here had had any of these problems.
Maybe DPCers are just better at being suspicious and reading all the fine print? :)
Hopefully it's that, and not that DPCers don't check their bank statements too carefully and have been paying unnoticed fees for months... |

| I dunno what that google search was trying to say but I used VP a while back and the product was okay to good. Once they get your name however they think it's their right to spam you several times a day :-/ I just whacked them on my email server blacklist (they never eve get downloaded to the client) and the issue went away :-) |

Well, apparently people who ordered were unwittingly signing up for a rewards program with a monthly subscription fee. It seems they thought they were merely completing a questionnaire in return for a discount off next order and were puzzled when monthly charges appeared on bank/credit card statements. Many had a great deal of difficulty cancelling.
Since I've heard much praise for Vistaprint here, I just wondered if anyone had run into this. I haven't ordered from them, but I have considered it.
eta; Just noticed the comment about email blacklist; Apparently that's a big part of the problem, as they claim they send an email telling you you've signed up and giving you a time limit to unsubscribe. If the emails are blocked, you have no idea until charges start showing up.

| They might have done it with me too but I would never know.... I always use a generated credit card# rather then the one on my card.... I specify how much $ can be charged to the generated number and anything above that bounces. |
