I'm not sure, but I think Drewmedia is the administrator that created this site? Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm working on my own website right now, and am facing one problem. I can't get the webpage to refresh everytime someone views it. Since your computer caches the site, people are unable to view the updated site unless they click refresh. How do you get the "Recent Forum Activity" to update/refresh everytime?

You'll need to investigate the use of META tags, in particular the pragma no cache option...

I think there is also a code to force the refresh.
Edit: I'll look around for it and post when I find it.
