Hi all

Just a quick public-service announcement...

Found an email ostensibly from paypal in my hotmail Junk folder, marked 'dispute purchase'. Supposedly I bought a Digimax 130 for $47.85 US from some ebay guy, user ID scratchandgnaw2.

I've just transitioned to DSLR, and the Digimax 130 is probably even more basic a p&S than my first digital camera, a Samsung Digimax 2.1.

But I DID purchase my Nikon D40 online, and have surfed sites looking for a softbox but have yet to make any further online purchases in the photography realm.

Otherwise, I don't even have an ebay or paypal account. Norton warned that the site was a known phishing site.

So everyone, just a warning to be careful online...
