Does anyone know what the closest white balance setting would be to replicate regular 35mm film?

Thanks!

35mm film also comes in different wb setting, tungsten balanced, day light balanced

What 35mm film do you want to replicate? Are you referring just to WB, or to saturation and contrast as well? Every film will look slightly different from any other. Even within the same film, there will be variations between emulsion batches of the same film.

Nothing special. Just regular old Kodak or Fuji I would pick up at the local drug store. You know, just the regular old film anyone would pick up.

Just a guess, but since regular color slide film is daylight balanced, wouldn't the "daylight/sun" setting on your WB be the closest thing to film?

color neg film has no equivalent because color casts are usually corrected at the processing lab...

This is actually what I was looking for. I guess I should have just asked about the slide film first. I was thinking daylight but wasn't sure. Thanks!!!
