So I guess I will ask here.
I received 2 comments saying the border is green on my photo..

I sampled the color from the shoes..
does it look green to you?

It may be more green (just a teeny weeny bit) than the shoes.

I've often found a single color sampled from my image does not have the color appearance of the image as a whole. It's a perception thing.

It looks turquoise to me.

Objects are NOT made up of one colour...they are made up of lots and lots. When you clicked on shoes to get a colour...you clicked on one colour that is within that area....if you clicked the pixel next to it...you may find that it is a slightly different colour again.

That's true. If you take a larger sample area, the closer you get, but there is no way to sample the entire shoe.

This picture is playing tricks on my mind.. if I look at top half on the border I see the same colour as on the shoes but when I look at the bottom half it turns more greenish.. oddness

I quickly zoomed in on one area of the shoe to show you the difference...even in the white areas...every pixel is different in colour.
