Thank you zxaar and JulietNN but my BAD luck that I can not able to make the use of code because I was too late to check my email and now when I use that code it said that it was "Discount code applied, changes made above. **
My bad luck, we have power cut so I was not able to check my email.

On the https://www.dpchallenge.com/subscribe.php page I did not find 'Join Now' link as said on email;
Existing users:
Log in, and then visit the subscribe page (//www.dpchallenge.com/subscribe.php), and click the 'Join Now' link. Enter the gift code above in the 'Promotion / Gift Code' box.

Go to THAT page. Enter the code in the box and click the button. The list above the GIFT CODE box will change and will read 12 month membership (FREE). Select that one and click the submit button.

I did as FocusPoint said but did not work, I am sorry that I want to quote the FocusPoint comment but make the mistake by sending report post SORRY for that.
Do I have to copy the code or do I have to write code one by one?
Did it take time to show up my user icon  gaurav as site member?

| you know that happened to me once... and i do remember that trying a few times... It might be a bug, if you haven't close the browser, close it, even try to cleanup your cookies, and try the steps again, if it doesn't work, ask to a SC... and don't worry, it will work one way or another ;) |

The best way that we did was, I asked for the password to be changed to something simple. Then I logged into her account and paid it by card. It was done then and there. No hassles.
