Is smart sharpen allowed in basic editing. There is a sharpen in CS3 for lens blur and motion blur. I think it does a pretty good job in the right situation. Just don't know if we can use it.

I've applied Smart Sharpen to my submission and I had declared that when proof of submission was required. And I was not disqualified. So the answer is Yes.
