I uploaded a printable file and it was approved for printing. I haven't marked it as active because I think I may have to delete this file because of its size, 3.71MB which I think is too big. Is there an ideal size to use? What do you guys normally use?

Some of my print files are up to about 9mb, and my smallest is 431kb. The total size of all my prints is 387mb. Around 3mb seems alright to me.

I only have one print for sale at the moment and after getting it to 200dpi it uploaded at just under 10mb

Next thing DPC Prints needs is TIFF support.

I'll go ahead and activate this print.

It looks like there's no limit in storage? I raised the question because my storage indicator in my portfolio page said that I've used 54% of the 10MB capacity with only one photo uploaded for print so far.

Ben, you have 387mb total, is that an SC perk or there really is no storage limit?

Oh that's the total of my print files. I'm only using about 4mb of my storage. You only need to upload a small image (mine are under 100k) to the portfolio, which is the only thing that uses up space. Then you can attach the large print file to that. There is no limit for anyone on the print files (except maximum 16mp per print).
