I have this really cool photo i want to submit into the curret Free Study....but it has one problem. It has bright blue grafiti spraypainted on a surface. If it was a 'decent' painting, then I would leave it there, but it's offensive.

It's florecent blue on a blackish gray background making it hard to hide. Can I use a healing brush to remove it. It's not a major element of the photo, but it's there.

Would removing it change your description of the photo? If no, you're probably safe.

I was most likely either in a uterus or merely an urge, depending when in 1972 it came out. :-D
