I am currently using the 4-channel Flash Trigger V2s with 3 hot-shoe flashes. If I were to buy the 16-channel Wireless Studio Flash RECEIVER will I be able to trigger it with the same Trigger that I use with my current setup?

Thanks for your help.

I'd guess that on 4 of the 16 channels, you might be able to.

You might ask in the strobist forums. Somebody there is bound to have tried it.

Gadget Infinity (the people who sell the V2's) say that the new ones (4 chsnnel) don't work with the old ones (16 channel)

They don't. I have the v1 and they will not play with the v2s apart from random fires due to interference :-/

From the Gadget Infinity website : V2 Dose NOT work with V1 receiver or 16-channel trigger receiver;
